Some images have surfaced of the Edge Magazine article claiming that Monster Hunter 3G will be getting a Q3 release date this year in the rest of the world. Capcom has still not given any official word on releasing the title outside of Japan, or if they are even working on it.
Here is to the hope for an American / Europe release this year.

I guess we’ll see in about 1 month after Captivate, I don’t think they general hype will hold their breath till E3, and all rumours seem to be getting larger these days. Let’s hope for this or Portable 3G reaching our shores.

Nice. Getting pumped. But I wonder about ps vita release. I hope they confirm that as well. This game will be much better with vita, rather that this, though they said its good but ps vita is better. IMO. (Sony fanboy typical answer) XD
Again, I wish you guys would just take a step back before praising Capcom or any other source that hasn’t been explicitly told by Capcom what they’re planning to do. Hell, MH3 will probably be the last MH game we see in the west for a long time. Just expect the worst so you’re not devastated when we don’t get it this year.
Having low expectations just to avoid being dissapointed also reduces the joy of saying I knew it, I told you so, when it comes out. This is not just any rumour magazine, it’s Edge, I do expect good news comming our way on April 2nd.
I’m always optimistic when it comes to Monster Hunter and I’m always right!..I will play monster hunter on whatever format it come..I’ve been in monster hunter since 2005..there was a dry spell between monster hunter 1 and portable 1..but it was worth it..chin up
I like seeing articles like this but I’m not holding my breath. I would love for this game to come out in the West. I figured the next game we will see would be MH4 but if Tri-G makes it too I will be overjoyed.
